This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit www.fuehairtransplanttrainingcourse.com (the “Website”) or contact us through its forms. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you give us through the forms
When you request information about the FUE Hair Transplant Training Course or the partnership programme, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, job title (where asked) and the content of your message. You may also tick an optional box to receive our newsletter.
The forms are meant for professional enquiries. Please do not include health information about yourself or other people in your message.
2.2 Browsing data
The servers and software that run the Website record technical data as part of their normal operation, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time of the request. This data is used to deliver the Website, keep it secure and fix problems.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use technical cookies that the Website needs to work and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies. Details, the list of cookies and how to change your choices are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Manage consent” button on every page.

Providing your contact details is necessary for us to reply to your enquiry. Subscribing to the newsletter and accepting statistics or marketing cookies is optional and does not affect your ability to contact us.
4. Who processes your data
Your data is handled by authorised staff of BIOCLINIC SRL and by the following service providers, who act as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR or as independent controllers where stated:
- Website hosting provider – hosts the Website and the database where form submissions are stored.
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC – Gmail and Google Workspace, used to send and receive the emails generated by the forms; Google Analytics 4, only with your consent, with Google Consent Mode; Google reCAPTCHA, to protect the forms.
- HubSpot, Inc. – customer relationship management, collection of form enquiries and marketing email, and, only with your consent, marketing tracking on the Website.
- Web agency and IT consultants who maintain the Website and may access data only as needed for technical support.
We do not sell your data and we do not disclose it to anyone else, except where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and HubSpot may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for providers certified under it, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries sent through the forms: up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless you enrol in the course.
- Data of course participants: for the duration of the training relationship and afterwards for as long as required by accounting and tax law (normally 10 years for accounting records).
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Statistics and marketing data: according to the retention periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

We may update this policy when the Website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
